Integrative Health & Nutrition Coaching is a client-led, Coach-supported approach. 'Integrative' means holistic, which can be understood as a 'whole-person' health approach. We focus on your behavior changes through nutrition, lifestyle, and therapeutic education and exploration based on your individual goals.      

 

HOW IT WORKS:

 

Following a free 60-minute initial consultation, we will work together to tailor a program specifically focused on your health concerns and individual goals. Two private, virtual 60 minute, biweekly sessions will be held to discuss the positive changes occurring and challenges you are facing. At the end of each session, we will set 1-3 achievable goals to work on between sessions.  

 

Each program is focused on your unique bio-individuality, which is a personalized, guided 'roadmap'. Together, we will focus on overcoming your barriers, challenges, and limiting beliefs, while creating a positive, forward-focused set of goals.  At the completion of your program, you will have acquired the necessary tools to help you over come future obstacles successfully. Life doesn't get easier, you get stronger!  

 

REQUIRED:

 

This program  requires self-introspection, a willingness to be honest with yourself, transparency with your coach, and a future-focused mindset to reach your goals.
